Our cruise started and ended in Jamaica. Having the ship visit Jamaica each week offered two advantages: 1) It is a location that is easy for Americans to get to (as of Dec. 2015, traveling to Havana is still a challenge for Americans), and 2) It is a place to load fuel and foods that are not readily available in Cuba.
Due to a delayed flight, our visit to Jamaica was very brief, but we liked what we saw.
